Can I return an item?
Customers may return items within 14 days. The 14-day period begins on the day you receive the product.
Returned items will only be accepted in their original condition—unused, with original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
We do not accept returns on swimwear or underwear.
Orders marked "PRE-ORDER" are eligible for return only after you have received the package.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
We will refund the amount to the same bank or credit card account used for the original payment. Refunds are processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned package. Between October and December, processing may take up to 45 business days due to increased volume.
How much does a return cost?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
